Noida : After a series of meritorious projects and quality delivery, NCR’s realty major Antriksh India has launched an incredible residential project by the name of Antriksh Grand View, which is being developed at Sector 150, Noida Expressway. After an enthralling reception which they received for their previous project Antriksh Golf View in Noida Sector 78, this project is sure to raise the expectations of the customers basis their quality of delivery.

The project will offer 4 BHK luxury apartments in two unit plans 1860 sq. ft. and 2250 sq. ft. The project is being developed in an area of 5 acres and will house 4 towers with around 288 units on offer. Each tower will comprise of 18 floors and house 72 units, making 4 units on each floor. Antriksh Grand View, is being developed in the much hyped Sector 150 along the Noida Expressway which is known for being a low density region. Going by the norms, the project is set to have over 80% of green cover as per the plans. The project will have the feature of E-Smart Homes for people who want to opt for it. The floor to floor height is designed to be 11 ft and a main door height will be 8.6 ft which is set to give a royal impression. All apartments would be fully furnished with all the modern fittings which will allow you to shift only with your furniture and start your life post that. The living room will have Italian marble in the living space along with high end wooden laminated flooring in master bedroom.
