Realty major Gaurs Group has offered a bunch of offers on its ready to move in units in Gaur City where till 31st March, prices would start as low as Rs. 3295 per sq. ft. along with free car parking, free club membership within project, no lease rent, free power back up, no meter and fire charges and no view PLC. These would result in benefits of almost Rs. 1000 per sq. ft. Offers have also been put out by Saya Homes on their premier project in Indirapuram explaining which, Vikas Bhasin, CMD, Saya Homes said, “We have decided to provide our customers with a wardrobe in all bedrooms along with one textured wall in master bedrooms of Diamond and Platinum units. We would also be giving away modular kitchen with RO in all units along with a video door phone.”
Another NCR realty major, Mahagun Group has brought about a bouquet of offers across its line of projects elaborating on which, Dhiraj Jain, Director, Mahagun Group says, “We have 8 exquisite offers for 7 of our projects in NCR. The eight offers include 0% GST Impact, one car parking free, no bank loan processing fees, wardrobes in all bedrooms, 1st free transfer, modular kitchen, hotel membership and one-year free maintenance.
