Amid coronavirus pandemic another major safety step launched by Sh. Satyendra Jain, Health Minister of Delhi to safeguard passengers and drivers of mass transport medium autorickshaws.
This project is being executed by Rotary International District 3011 with the CSR support by SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. Delhi Region.
Rotarian Sanjiv Rai Mehra, District Governor Rotary District 3011 told, Rickshaw mein Surkasha is an activity to install the recommended COVID19 sanitization tools in the autorickshaws across Delhi for better safety of people and ease of use resulting in less private vehicles on road. We will be giving proper pedal stands, ativan, masks, sanitizers, gloves and other necessary safety tools to the driver.”
Rajiv Shrivastava, Regional Director – SBI Life Insurance said, “We are happy to be associated and supporting this noble cause in this need of the hour when everybody is affected ye need to travel for their livelihood and sustainability. Our company is always focused to safeguard the lives around us.”
