Greater Noida : In a three day job fair organised by Visveshwarya Group of Instituitions starting from 23rd Jan to 25th Jan 2017, more than 100 students of the institute got placed in various companies. Top 12 IT companies of the country visited the institute, which included names like HCL, Reliance, PayTM, Genious and others. Around 300 students participated in the job fair among which more than 100 students got selected for different job profiles.
The job fair was specially organized for the final year students of B.Tech, and students of various departments viz. IT, EC and CS participated in it. The campus interview program also had visiting companies like Choice Group of Companies, Innovar, Loginat, Appsquadz, AIS Infra,Tmen System, Rasandik etc. Among more than 100 students who got placed, many got remuneration package offers worth Rs. 2.5 to 3.5 lakh per annum. The placement process held in two rounds. All the 300 students appeared for the first written round and the students clearing it went through the next personal interview round. Speaking about the job fair, college’s Corporate Relation Head, Mr. Sudhir Mishra said, “We have fulfilled our promise of providing 100% placements to our students. The students who got selected in Nation’s top companies have proved their mettle through their hardwork and dedication. My heartiest wishes to all the students who got placed”.
